Change Email
Learn how to change your email on your Platform Portal account.

The email address you use for Platform is the same one linked to a YouVersion account. To access or manage your account, you’ll need the email and password of the YouVersion account originally used to log into Platform.
If you need to update that email, it can only be changed by updating the email address on the associated YouVersion account.
Change Your Email Address
- Go to bible.com and sign into your account.
- In the top right corner, select the profile icon.
- Select Account Settings.
- Select edit your personal information.
- Select the account.
- Scroll down to your email address and update it.
