My Church in YouVersion

Overview
With features like Plans with Friends and Prayer, YouVersion is designed for both personal spiritual growth and meaningful community. And now that community can include your church. When you set your church in YouVersion, you’ll stay connected in community all throughout the week. You’ll be notified of new church-wide Bible Plans and can read Scripture alongside our entire church community!
Find My Church
- Bottom right: Select the Discover tab, if it isn’t already.
- Top: Select the Search box.
- Begin typing the name of your church.
- Finish typing your church name, and then select…
- Android:

- Android:
- Select your church from the resulting content. You may have to tap 'See All' if we have more than one church with the same name.
Did you know that your church can provide you with a QR code or a link directly to your church profile? Ask a member of your church administration team for more details.
Join My Church
- Search for your church.
- Tap "Set As My Church".
- Select who can see your home church. You can select 'Everyone' which will allow anyone who finds your profile to see your church, 'Friends' which will allow only your current friends to see your church or 'Only Me' which will allow you to follow your church without anyone else knowing.
- Tap "Confirm".
Some countries may require additional consent to process your data and join the church. You can only join your church if you agree to the data being processed inline with our Privacy Policy.
Leave My Church
- Bottom right: Select the More tab, if it isn’t already.
- Scroll down and select 'My Church'.
- Top right: Select ⋯ and tap 'Leave'.
Share My Church
- Bottom right: Select the More tab, if it isn’t already.
- Scroll down and select 'My Church'.
- Top right: Tap Share icon.
- Select the method and people you want to share with, and follow the prompts.
