If you encounter a specific issue with the Bible App, check the troubleshooting section in the corresponding article before following the procedures in the General Troubleshooting article. If the issue persists, follow the steps below to contact support:

  1. Tap the gear icon in the bottom right corner.
  2. Tap the i icon at the top right corner.
  3. Select Email Support.
  4. Select your birth year.
  5. Select the email app you’d like to use to contact us.
  6. Compose your email, including as many details as possible to help us reproduce the issue, then send it.
