Using Labels With Notes
Labels are a very helpful way to organize, filter, or group notes.
For example, you can create a label called “Romans” and save all the Notes related to the book of Romans. To create a label, follow the steps below:
- Bottom right: select ≡ (More), Saved.
- Select ⊕ at the top right corner.
- Select ⊕ Label at the bottom left corner.
- Enter a name for your label.
- Select +.
- Select Done.
Labels cannot be edited or deleted.
Edit Labels on Notes
- Bottom right: select ≡ (More), Saved, Notes.
- Locate the Note you want to edit.
- At the bottom right of the Note, select ⋯, then Edit.
- Select any label to add it, or select added labels to remove them.
To create a new label, select ⊕ Label, enter a name, and select +. - Select Done to save your changes.
You can’t edit your label list, but you can edit your Notes.
