Overview

"The beginning of wisdom is this: get wisdom, and whatever you get, get insight." - Proverbs 4:7

Plans are a great way to make the Bible part of your daily life. They give you just a little to read or listen to each day, so you can read the whole Bible in a certain amount of time. YouVersion offers thousands of Plans, in dozens of languages, with devotional content designed to help you daily explore and apply wisdom from God’s Word.

You can do a Plan by yourself, or invite friends to join you in a Plan.

Plans Frequently Asked Questions on iOS

How do I restore my Plan reading progress?

Confirm that you are signed in to the correct YouVersion account. If you’re doing a Private Plan, your reading progress will appear on your Activity timeline. You can get to your timeline by tapping your Profile Picture (or Initial) from the Home screen or More screen, then scrolling down. If you were doing a Plan with Friends, ask any of the participants to confirm you were still on the Plan. Complete all the troubleshooting steps here.

How many Plans can I do without creating an account?

You can do 28 Plan days without an account. This could be 28 days of 1 Plan, 1 day of 28 different Plans, or anything in between.

What happens to my plan history if I create an account after finishing a plan?

If you complete a plan without being signed into an account and then create one afterward, your plan history will still show when you sign in. Your progress is saved locally on your device and will sync to your new account after sign-up if you use the same device.
