BAL: Account Creation & Management

Sign Up for a New Account
You must be online to create an account.
- Select the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
- Tap Sign Up (in the top right corner).
- Select your preferred account creation method.
- If you choose to create an account with email, follow the steps to input your name, email address, and password.
- If you choose to continue with Google, log in with your Google email address and account information.
Reset Your Password
Already signed in?
- Select the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
- Tap ☰ at the top left.
- Tap Change Password.
- If you know your password, enter your current password, enter a new one, and tap Change.
- If you do not know your current password, tap Forgot Password, enter your email address, and tap Send.
Don't see the password reset email? Try these troubleshooting steps.
Not signed in?
- Select the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
- Tap Sign Up at the top left of your screen.
- Tap Sign In at the bottom.
- Tap Forgot Password?
- Enter your account email or username and tap Send. You will receive a password reset email.
If you don't know your account email address, please contact Support by tapping ☰ at the top left, and Get Help.
Delete Your Account
We’re sorry to see you go! If you decide to delete your account, we sincerely hope you continue looking for ways to seek God every day.
- Select the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
- Tap ☰ at the top left.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
Deleting your account cannot be undone.
