Account Creation & Management

Sign Up for a New Account
You must be online to create an account.
- Tap the Profile icon in the bottom menu.
- Tap Sign Up (in the top right corner).
- Select your preferred account creation method.
- If you choose to create an account with email, follow the steps to input your name, email address, and password.
- If you choose to continue with Google, login with your Google email address and account information.
Reset Your Password
Already signed in?
- Tap the Profile icon in the bottom menu.
- Tap the 3 stack menu at the top left.
- Tap Change Password.
- If you know your password, enter your current password, enter a new one, and tap Change.
- If you do not know your current password, tap Forgot Password, enter your email address, and tap Send.
Don't see the password reset email? Try these troubleshooting steps.
Not signed in?
- Tap Sign Up at the top left of your screen.
- Tap Sign In at the bottom.
- Tap Forgot Password?
- Enter your account email or username and tap Send. You will receive a password reset email.
If you don't know your account email address, please reach out to Support by tapping Get Help under the 3 stack menu in the top left.
Delete Your Account
We’re sorry to see you go! If you decide to delete your account, we sincerely hope you continue looking for ways to seek God every day.
- Tap Profile.
- Tap the 3 stack menu at the top left.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
Deleting your account cannot be undone.
