Bible App Lite: Report Bible App Error

If you experience a problem in the Bible App Lite, start by checking the troubleshooting steps for that feature. Many issues can be resolved quickly by following those instructions and the procedures in the General Troubleshooting article.

If you’ve tried troubleshooting and the problem continues, you can report the error to our Support Team so we can investigate further.

  1. Select the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
  2. Tap  at the top left.
  3. Select Get Help.
  4. Select Get Help under Product Support.
  5. Select the feature you are reporting and the sub-feature if available.
  6. Choose how you'd like us to contact you: Email, WhatsApp, or Mobile.
    • Email: We'll send follow-up information and support messages to your email address.
    • WhatsApp: You'll receive messages from us directly in your WhatsApp chat. Ensure you're using the number linked to your WhatsApp account.
    • Mobile: We may call or send SMS messages to the number you provide.
    After selecting your preferred contact method, enter your email address, WhatsApp number, or phone number.
  7. Include answers to these questions in the comment based on the specific issue
    • If it's an issue related to the Bible audio, what Version are you using and what book, chapter, and verse have you experienced that issue?
    • If it's a streak issue, what was the number of your lost streak?
    • Is the Bible App displaying an error message?
    • If yes, what does it say?
    • Do you see the same error message if you try doing the same thing again?
    • If yes, what steps seem to generate the error?
    • Is there anything else you can think of that might help us understand what’s happening?
  8. Attach the screenshot
    1. Select the Attach a Screenshot button.
    2. Tap anywhere on the screen to dismiss the pop-up.
    3. Navigate to the screen you are having issues with.
    4. Select the Screenshot button at the bottom.
    5. Select OK on the pop-up.
    6. Draw on the screenshot to show where the problem is.
    7. Select Done.
  9. Top right: Tap Submit.
