iOS: Manage Password

Change or Reset the Password for your Free YouVersion Account.

If you know your current password:

1. Sign in, then select the You tab.
2. Select the Settings gear icon (top right), then Edit Profile.
3. Select Edit Password.
4. Enter your current and new password, then tap Save.

If you forgot your password:

1. Select the You tab, then Sign In, then Forgot Password.
2. Enter the email address linked to your account. YouVersion sends you a reset email, which may take a few minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, try these steps.
3. Select Reset Password in the email.
4. Create a new password, then sign in once you see the success message.
