Android: Bible Reading History

View the history of the chapters/verses of the Bible you’ve selected or read. There are two ways to view the history:

  1. Through the Home screen (if you are signed in to your YouVersion account):
    1. Select the Home tab if it hasn’t already been selected.
    2. Top right: select your Profile Photo (or Initial).
    3. Select History.
    4. A list of the chapters/verses you’ve selected or read will appear, starting with the most recent.
    5. Select any history item to go to the chapter/verse.
  2. Through the Bible tab:
    1. Select the Bible tab if it hasn’t already been selected.
    2. Bottom: tap the bar that shows the current book and chapter you are in (e.g., John 1).
    3. Top right: tap the clock icon.
    4. A list of the chapters/verses you’ve selected or read will appear, starting with the most recent.
    5. Select any history item to go to the chapter/verse.
The history will be erased when you sign out or uninstall the App and won’t be restored when you sign back in or reinstall it.
