Catch Up on a Plan
If you’ve fallen behind on a Bible Plan, Catch Me Up updates your plan so that the day shown as “today” moves forward to the next unread day after the highest-numbered day you’ve completed. This doesn’t mark any sections as complete—you can still complete them manually.
- Select the Plans tab, if it isn’t already.
- Select My Plans.
- Select the Plan you want. Today is highlighted, with selections marked ○ (incomplete) or ✓ (complete). Previous completed days are marked ✓.
- Top right: select ︙(three dots).
- Select Catch Me Up.
- Select Shift days forward to confirm, or Cancel if you change your mind.
- The “today” marker moves to the next unread day after the highest-numbered day you’ve completed.
Example
Let’s say your Bible Plan is on Day 8, but you want Day 10 to be set as today.
- First, complete Day 9.
- Then select ︙(three dots).
- Select Catch Me Up.
- Select Shift days forward to confirm, or Cancel if you change your mind.
- Now, Day 10 will be marked as today.
Shift your Plan Dates Forward
If you're ahead of your plan and want to set your current day as "today", or move the plan's start date back, you can shift your dates forward instead.
- Select ︙(three dots).
- Select Catch Me Up.
- Select Shift days forward to confirm, or Cancel if you change your mind.
This is particularly useful at the beginning of the year. For example, if your plan started on January 4 but you want the start date to be January 1, complete as many days as you want to move the start date back, then use Shift dates forward in Plan Settings.
To move your start date back 3 days, you'd complete 3 extra days first, then select Shift dates forward.
