Android: Badges

YouVersion badges are like little awards for reaching milestones such as finishing a Bible reading plan, sharing a Bible verse with friends, highlighting your favorite Bible verses, etc. They show you’ve done something special with the Bible. They also encourage you to read and share the Bible every day.

1. Select the More tab if it hasn’t been selected already, or tap the Profile Picture (or Initial) on the Home tab, then select Badges.
   The number you see underneath the Badge is the milestone you have reached for that Badge. That number doesn’t change every time you complete the activity associated with the Badge. It only changes when you reach the next milestone.
   
   Some yearly challenge badges don’t have a number but have a date if earned one time and a number if earned more than one time per year.
   Milestones typically include some or all of these: 1, 3, 5, 10, 50, 100, 150, up to a maximum of 1,000.
2. Choose any Badge to get more information. You can see when you finished each milestone and how many steps you have to go before you reach the next milestone up to the maximum for that Badge (1000 for most badges).

List of Available Badges

Mid-Year Challenge

Earned after completing at least one Plan day for seven Plan days in a row in‌ July.

Christmas Challenge

Earned after completing any Christmas or Advent Plan in December.

Easter Challenge

Earned after completing any Easter or Lent plan between the first day of Lent and midnight of the Sunday after Easter.

21-Day Challenge

Earned after completing a plan day from any plan any 21 calendar days in February.

Whole Bible Reading Plan

Earned after completing any whole-Bible Plan.

Plan Subscription

Earned after starting any Plan.

Plan Completion

Earned after completing any Plan.

Share a Verse

Earned after sharing any Bible verse.

Share YouVersion

Earned after sharing the Bible App with someone.

Bookmark

Earned after adding a Bookmark.

Note

Earned after adding a Note.

Highlight

Earned after adding a Highlight.

Daily Refresh

Earned after completing the Daily Refresh(Guided Scripture and Guided Prayer).
