Bible Loop: Memory Verse

Overview

Memory Verse is an interactive way to memorize Bible verses in Bible Loop. The challenge consists of four levels, gradually increasing in difficulty, to help you learn and recall Scripture more effectively. You must complete each level to progress to the next. If you do not meet the required accuracy, you will need to retry the level before moving forward.

How to Memorize the Verse of the Day

  1. Select the Memory tab on the bottom menu.
  2. If it’s your first time memorizing a verse, select Verse of the Day.
  3. If you’ve memorized a verse before, select Level Up.
  4. Select Play on the first level.
    Locked levels unlock as you progress.

How to Memorize A New Verse

  1. Select the Memory tab on the bottom menu.
  2. If it’s your first time memorizing a verse, select Surprise Me.
  3. If you’ve memorized a verse before, select Memorize a new verse.
  4. Select Play to memorize the displayed verse, or Pick Another Verse to memorize a different verse.
  5. Select Play on the first level.
    Locked levels unlock as you progress.

Memory Verse Levels

Level 1: Fill in the Blanks
  • The verse appears with missing words.
  • Select the correct words from a word bank to fill in the blanks.
  • If an incorrect word is chosen, you can try again until you select the correct one.
  • After completing the verse, you will see your results:
    • Try Again: If accuracy is below the required score.
    • Success: If you meet or exceed the required score.
    • Perfect Score: If you complete the level without errors.
Level 2: Multiple Choice
  • The verse is completely blank.
  • For each blank, you will be given three words to choose from.
  • Select the correct word to continue.
  • Results are displayed at the end of the level.
Level 3: First Letter
  • A practice screen lets you review the verse before starting.
  • The verse appears with only the first letter of each word visible.
  • Type the correct word for each blank using the first letter as a clue.
  • Results are displayed at the end of the level.
Level 4: Write it Out
  • A practice screen is available before starting.
  • You must type or speak the entire verse from memory.
  • If incorrect, you will see the correct verse and can try again.
  • The level is complete once the verse is entered correctly.
  • A final success screen appears when you finish the challenge.
  • The verse is added to your Mastered Verses list.

Finish Memorizing a Verse

How to Continue Memorizing a Verse

  1. Select the Memory tab on the bottom menu.
  2. In the My Verses section, you'll see all the verses you've started memorizing but haven't finished.
    The icons on the verse card show your progress: filled icons for completed levels, a colored outline for your current level, and gray outlines for upcoming levels.
  3. Select the verse you want to continue memorizing.
  4. Select Level Up.
  5. Select Play.
    Locked levels unlock as you progress.

How to Remove a Verse from My Verses

  1. Select the Memory tab on the bottom menu.
  2. In the My Verses section, swipe the verse from right to left.
  3. Select Delete to remove it from the list.

Replay Mastered Verses

Replay verses that you have mastered.

  1. Select the Memory tab on the bottom menu.
  2. Select the button with the crown at the top right corner.
    The number on the button shows the crowns you have earned from mastering verses.
  3. Select any verse to expand it.
  4. Select Review to review the mastered verse.
  5. Select Replay on any of the levels to replay them.
