Bible.com only supports Individual Plans. Plans with Friends can be done on Bible App for iOS or Android.
Find A Plan
- Tap on the Plans tab in the top left corner.
- Tap Find Plans.
- Search by a key word in the search bar. (For example: love, grief, anxiety, etc.).
- Browse the available Plans by scrolling up and down, and swiping left to right.
- When you see a Plan that you find interesting, tap on it.
- Choose “Visible To Friends” or “Private”.
- The Plan’s info page displays:
- An option to save for later.
- A sample day of the plan to read before you choose to start.
- A description of the plan with a link to more information about the publisher.
Complete a Plan Day
The Catch Me Up Feature isn’t available on bible.com.
- Tap on the Plans tab in the top left corner.
- Tap on the My Plans tab and select the Plan you want.
- Tap on Start Reading.
Devotional: this section may include text (with or without audio narration), images, audio, video that connects the devotional content to Scripture. Some Plan Days may not have a devotional section. If a devotional is included, it might not contain all the content types listed above.
Bible references: one or more verses that relate to the Plan Day’s content. - Select the Continue button to complete the day.
Previous completed days are marked ✅.
Share a Plan
- Find the Plan you want to share or select a Plan from Find Plans, My Plans, Completed, or Saved.
- Copy the link from the search bar in your web browser.
Stop a Plan
- Select the Plan you want to stop.
- Select the icon to the right of the title of the Plan.
- Select Stop Reading This Plan.
You’ll receive an invite by email to join a Plan with Friends. If you receive an email invitation, you’ll be able to Accept or Decline participation on Bible.com, but can only participate in the Plan with Friends within the Bible App.
You can remove Saved Plans within the Bible App. Removing Saved Plans isn’t supported on bible.com.
Change Private Plan Privacy
If you start a Plan by yourself and set the privacy as Private, no one else will know you started the Plan or see your Plan activity. When you set the privacy as Friends Only, the Plan activity (Plan Day completions) will be visible to your friends on their Bible App Community Feed.
- Tap on the Plans tab in the top left corner.
- Tap on the My Plans tab and select the Plan you want.
- Select the Private Plan you want to change privacy settings for.
- Top right: select the settings button.
- Select Privacy.
- Select Private, so your Plan activity is visible to only you. Select Visible to Friends, so your Plan activity is visible to only your friends on the Bible App.
