Manage who can send you a Friend request.
Find Someone
Before you block, unblock, or report someone, pull up their profile:
- Select You (bottom right).
- Select Profile.
- Tap Friends.
- If they're already a friend, tap their name in your list.
Block a User
They won't know you've blocked them, and they won't be able to send you a friend request.
- Open their profile (see above).
- Tap ⋮ (top right), then select Block.
Unblock a User
They won't get any notifications when you unblock them. They'll be able to send you a friend request again, and you can invite them to be friends too.
- Open their profile (see above).
- Tap ⋮ (top right), then select Unblock.
After you unblock them, you will need to add them back as a Friend.
Report a User
Reporting is anonymous; they won't know you reported them.
- Open their profile (see above).
- Tap ⋮ (top right), then select Report.
- Select the reason you're reporting them. YouVersion Community Support will review the report. Or tap X to go back without submitting.
YouVersion Support will receive a notification and investigate the reported account for the reason given.
