Manage who can send you a Friend request.

Find Someone

Before you block, unblock, or report someone, pull up their profile:

  1. Select You (bottom right).
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Tap Friends.
  4. If they're already a friend, tap their name in your list.

Block a User

They won't know you've blocked them, and they won't be able to send you a friend request.

  1. Open their profile (see above).
  2. Tap (top right), then select Block.

Unblock a User

They won't get any notifications when you unblock them. They'll be able to send you a friend request again, and you can invite them to be friends too.

  1. Open their profile (see above).
  2. Tap (top right), then select Unblock.
After you unblock them, you will need to add them back as a Friend.

Report a User

Reporting is anonymous; they won't know you reported them.

  1. Open their profile (see above).
  2. Tap (top right), then select Report.
  3. Select the reason you're reporting them. YouVersion Community Support will review the report. Or tap X to go back without submitting.
YouVersion Support will receive a notification and investigate the reported account for the reason given.
