How To Lead When You're Not In Charge
Prayer for Work
God, You know how difficult searching for work has been. But although this season is hard, we do not want to give up or grow weary.
So as we search for jobs, please help us to see ourselves as worthy of work. When discouragement sneaks up on us, show us that You have not forsaken us, and You will help us through this season.
In the midst of this, allow us to see You as our great provider. Give us glimpses of the new things You are creating right now. Lead us, guide us, provide for us, and allow us to provide for our families. Let us not grow weary, but instead, give us hope and energy as we keep searching.
And when we look back on this time in our lives, would we be overwhelmed by the evidence of Your faithful blessings. Allow us to clearly see the unique ways in which You were working through this season. As we keep persevering, let Your favor be upon us, and make our efforts successful.
