Streak issues on iOS

If your streak reset even though you opened the app, one or more of the items below should solve the issue:

  • Sign out of your account in the Bible App and then sign back in
    1. Select More
    2. Select Settings
    3. Select Sign Out (confirm, if necessary)
    4. Select Sign in
  • Force Close the app
    1. On an iPhone X or later or an iPad with iOS 12.2, from the Home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen. On an iPhone 8 or earlier, double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps
    2. Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close. Swipe up on the miniature Bible app screen
    3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app
    4. Reopen the Bible app.  It should now be working properly
  • Quit the Bible App
  • Restart your mobile device
