  • If you use the website to view, you will need to be signed in with the same email and password as on your other devices
  • No sign in required if viewed in the Bible app
  • Do not sign up as this creates another account
Troubleshooting

My data seems to be off

The snapshot will not necessarily update in real-time after viewing it the first time. If you view your snapshot more than once, it could take some time before it updates with the latest information from your account.
  • Make sure that you are signed into the correct account with same email and password as other devices
  • The data is for this year only and not the accumulated data from when you started the account
