  2. What operating system
  3. Which web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Internet Explorer? Please do NOT use Internet Explorer
  4. Do you have any security software or extensions running on your computer
  5. Do you have and ad blockers or tracker blockers? Some of these cause bookmarks and notes not to work as these run in scripts and may produce a false alarm
