A lot of issues can be solved by clearing browser cache or history and signing out and then in again.

Web Browsers on Windows If you are still having issues please submit a question to Email the Help Team and answer the following so we can help you
  1. What type of computer are you using
  2. What operating system
  3. Which web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Internet Explorer
  4.  Do they have any security software or extensions running on their computer
  5.  Do you have and ad blockers or tracker blockers. Some of these cause bookmarks and notes not to work as these run in scripts and may produce a false alarm
  6.  Did you clear cache/history and sign out and in
