Troubleshooting on Bible.com

Here are some troubleshooting  tips if you have errors on the web or mobile web site.​
  1. For general errors
  • Clear your browser cache and restart the browser. This should clear out old data that may be interfering
  • Reboot the computer. This reconnects networks and the internet and generally makes things work better by shutting down  programs and restarting them
  • Use a different browser than IE such as Chrome or Firefox as these are more Bible friendly
  1. If you are having account issues
  • Be sure you are using the email associated with the account
  • If you are copying and pasting temp passwords, be sure there are no spaces before or after the selection. The server thinks theses are characters and will give back an error
Here are some tips when you send us a ticket so we can help you better
  1. Read the help files for Bible.com here first
  2. Try all the above first
  3. Send a screenshot
  4. Tell us what language you are using in the app as well as the plan
  5. If you are having issues with a plan please be specific about
  • Exact name of the plan
  • Day of the plan (you can find this in the browser tab)
  • What is happening or not working
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If you have a plan that comes up with a completely incorrect start date, such as Feb 2014, Stop the plan and restart
