When you sign up for a YouVersion account using the Email option, a verification email from “email@example.com” will be sent to the email address you used in the sign-up process. Open this verification email and select the link in it. This verifies your account so you can sign in.
What if I signed up but I don’t think I received a verification email
- To request a new verification email visit http://www.bible.com/confirm/resend to have the verification email resent
- If you still don't receive the verification email, please see information here
- If you have followed all of the instructions in steps 1 & 2 and still do not receive a verification email, please select Email the Help Team. Fill out the form, select and we will manually verify your account.
You must click the link in a verification email before you can sign-in to the app. If you go to http://www.bible.com/confirm/resend to have it resent, and you get the message , then you are in good shape, and you can go sign in to the app with your email address and password.
If you receive an 'invalid token' message, your account probably is already verified so try to sign in to your account.
